We have all faced extraordinarily challenging times, nearly unimaginable months ago. Here in Westchester, and all over the NY Metro area, we know that the Pandemic has directly impacted many of you. We are here because we want to continue to provide our patient family, and community, exceptional care, and service.
You have choices for health care providers, but you choose us. You refer us to your friends and family because you believe in us. Your continued support keeps our practice going and enables us to care for the community. Thank you.
From every member of our team, we sincerely thank you for entrusting us to your care. We strive to serve you even better today and tomorrow.
Our office may look different when you arrive, our team may be dressed in additional protective gear, and our processes for check-in and appointments have evolved, but our philosophy has not changed. Our team is proud to continue with the values and service that we have provided for decades.
If you missed an appointment due to our temporary office closure, please call us at 914-725-7100 or contact us to reschedule. And, as always, if you have an urgent concern or question, please contact me.
Your Partner in Health,
Dr. Steven Brisman
Remember to "Park and Call" for your appointment
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, our office has made some changes and modifications to create an environment that is both safe and comfortable. Although our office has always created a safe environment, below are some of the specific changes you can expect to see at your next visit:
Prior to your visit, you will receive via text or email, a pre-appointment COVID questionnaire. It’s brief and we kindly ask that you complete it, prior to your visit with us.
When you arrive at our office for your scheduled visit, kindly stay your car and simply call us at 914-725-7100. Once your treatment room is properly prepared for you, a member of our team will call you back and instruct you to proceed to our regular front door entrance.
One of our team members will meet you at the front door, take your temperature, provide you with fresh gloves, and a mask and you’ll be escorted into your treatment room.
Since our reception area is closed, please come alone to your dental appointment. If you require aid to assist you, kindly contact our office in advance. Special arrangements can be made.
Thank you for letting us continue to care for you and keep our community healthy at the same time!
